General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Wagner Forsttechnik GmbH, Ochsenweiher 1, 94336 Windberg (the "Seller"), by entrepreneurs and consumers.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by e-mail or upon delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT (19%), plus shipping costs. Payment is made in advance (bank transfer). You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place within Germany. Delivery times and shipping costs: see shipping information. Bulky goods are shipped by individual arrangement.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details: withdrawal policy. Entrepreneurs have no right of withdrawal.

8. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; with respect to consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the Seller's registered office.
