Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about the processing of your data when you visit and use this online shop.

1. Controller

2. Access data / server log files

When you access our website, technically necessary data are collected automatically (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, operating system). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

3. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the shop (e.g. session, shopping cart, language selection). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG.

4. Orders and customer account

To process enquiries and orders, we process the data you provide (name, address, e-mail, order data). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures). Retention obligations under tax and commercial law remain unaffected.

5. Hosting

The shop is operated by our IT service provider Hebepunkt (owner Adrian Bätz, Lauf a.d. Pegnitz) on servers of IONOS SE in a data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the service provider.

6. Web analytics (Umami)

We use the self-hosted, cookieless analytics software Umami (server in Germany), which does not create personal profiles and does not permanently store IP addresses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in the statistical evaluation of shop usage).

7. Disclosure of data

Data are disclosed to third parties only where necessary for the performance of the contract, where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
